“Waiting for a public vehicle an autobus, in particular, annoys when it happens to have a
long delay, for instance, 30 minutes to 1 hour or more.” There are times that I cannot wait
or be too early only to wait for an autobus.
 
Busses arrived with delay, and I fully understood why. However, when you are in a
situation where you need the service and as a commuter who is reliant on public
transport. I felt disappointed and disgusted, and it challenged my patients.

There are times or shall I say most of the times, I am talking pre-COVID the transportation
where commuters are in higher volume. I felt relieved after a long hours of waiting, of
course tired from work and wanted to go home and sleep. However, when the bus arrived
there is no seats available and only to find out none of the passengers drop-off.

I am not used to traveling, and I found it difficult to find access on the available routes,
fare, and schedules in certain places like when I was in Baguio City as a foreign in that
place I found it difficult to ask people not in uniform for my safety, I was once scammed
for a 4times cost fare. Asking people to get transportation access is somewhat irrelevant,
particularly on people with social issues. You do not know who is telling the truth unless
they were people in uniform.

• How can we address and give a sustainable solution
to the commuter’s common challenges when it
comes to transportation access?

• How can we put together a viable way that

commuters can able to track down incoming and
outgoing transport medium?
 
• How can we able to implement a system that can
monitor the availability of seats before it will be
occupied?

• How can we do the conceptual design of the

device/machine a system in order to maximize the
problem statement number one, two, and three
without contributing another problem to an existing
challenges?
