I love eating fried chicken. But the
problem is, too much fried chicken is
not healthy for my body. Therefore, I
hope there is mobile application for me
to customize my fried chicken, where I Mobile application where user can
can also add on any healthy side dish. custom made their fried chicken and
sauce.
They also can add on any salad for
those who want to have diet meals.
The application will remember the
order for future reference when the
user want to repeat order and can give
suggestion to create a healthy meals.

Persona 1 preferred to have a food delivery service since she is a very busy person. So,
she is hoping that she can finish her work and at the same time to eat proper meal. This
is because, it took a lot of her precious time for her to drive to the preferred restaurant
and to eat and all within 1 hour only. It will make her life much easier if there is
convenient food delivery service that can be reached in her area.

Persona 2 is a student who has no car. So, it would require her more money if she
decided to eat outside, since she must pay for taxi/uber. Besides that, she would be
needed to join the live online class as we are still in the pandemic which is the reason
why she cannot simply go out. Moreover, with the given loads of assignment, she has
less time to eat outside. Therefore, she needs a good food delivery system that will
enable her to have proper meal while finishing all of her assignments.

Even though persona 3 is only working from home, the workload is still the same as
working in the office. So, the persona required more time to buy groceries and to cook. It
will be easier for her if she can order food online.
Summary of Insights
Based on 3 personas, a very well-produced food ordering system is
needed. The system must be able to give convenience that user seek
for and the interface should be easy to use. With proper system, all 3
personas will be able to get their work done and eat on time.
