VISION: The Mina Teachers and Employees Multi - Purpose Cooperative is progressive and competitive led by
accountable, honest and dynamic leaders and members, equipped with modern facilities to meet the needs of

MISSION: The Mina Teachers and Employees Multi -Purpose Cooperative to be progressive and competitive will:
1. acquire modern equipment and facilities
2. keep an orderly and systematic records
3. enhance knowledge, skills, attitude of leaders and members through
education and training
4. increase involvement and participation of every members in the
cooperative and community activities
5. instill positive atti tudes by adheri ng to the COOPs law and
Constitution (Pasolot/Dableo)

D. SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The social development program of the cooperative focuses on two (2) areas: a) for the cooperative itself; and b)
for the community. The source of fund for the first area may vary from Cooperative Education and Training Fund
(CETF), optional fund or outr ight expense; while the second area is exclusive from the Community Development
Fund (CDF).
