1 Anna Lissa T. Seloterio March 29, 2021 Ang araling ipinakita ng guro ay Arts V na ang pokus ay tungkol sa Magagandang
Tanawin ng Pilipinas. Ito ay nagpapakita ng pagkahanay sa paggamit ng ICT.
Nakapukaw ng pagkasarinlan ang mga mag-aaral sa pamamagitan ng mga ginamit na
nga larawan ng magagandang tanwing sa Pilipinas na maituturing na National
Heritage.
2 Aleth C. Pancho March 29 , 2021 Lesson presented was Math VI focusing in Integers. It is good to note that Mrs. Aleth
C. Pancho was able to the atmosphere, space shuttles in presenting her lesson which
was very engaging for the learners and integration in science. She too uses HOTS and
the use of ICT was evident.
3 Leah D. Dableo March 29, 2021 Determine the distinguishing characteristics of vertebrates and invertebrates. The
teacher was able to present the lesson with integration of music and able to use
science process such as observing, describing and identifying. The positive use of
ICT was ensured in order to facilitate teaching and learning process.
4 Luna C. Mana-ay March 29, 2021 The lesson focused on Practices good health habits and hygiene daily. The use of
HOTS questions was evident. Evaluation jibes with the objective of the lesson. The
teacher used Mother Tongue in the delivery of the lesson.
5 Gloria A. Grabato March 29, 2021 Ang araling ipinakita ng guro ay Araling Panlipunan I – Naipapaliwag ang konsepto
ng pamilya batay sa bumubuo nito (ie. Tatay (ie. Two-parent family, single-parent
family, extended family). Ipinamalas ni Ginang Gloria Grabato ang kanyang
kasanayan sa pagtuturo ng Aralin. Sa ginawang lesson video, makikita ang pag gamit
ng HOTS questions at integration ng asignatura sa Musika.
6 April Rose G. Sangatanan March 29, 2021 Ang asignaturang ipinakitang-turo ni Gng. April Rose G. Sangatanan ay Musika I
gamit ang mother tongue Hiligaynon nan aka pokus sa Mataas kag Manubo nga
Tuno. Ang guro ay nagpakita ng kahusayan sa pagtuturo sa Musika. May mga
karagdagang mga Gawain na ibinigay upang mas lalong maintindihan ng mga mag-
aaral ang aralin.
7 Vivian J. Pasolot March 29, 2021 Ang aralin ay FILIPINO VI at naglalaman ng Paggamit ng wasto ng mga Kayarina at
Kaantasan ng pang-uri sa iba’t-ibang sitwasyon. Ang kabuuan ang aralin ay
nagpapakita ng kahusayan ng guro sap ag gamit ng ICT, makukulay ang mga
larawang ginamit na may kaugnayan sa aralin sa sadyang nakakagiliw sa mga bata
para lalong tumuktok sa aralin.
8 Nancy E. Alfaras March 29, 2021 Lesson prepared was English VI with focus on Identifying the purpose, key structural
and language features of various types of informational/factual texts. The CO also
showed alignment in the use of ICT. Teacher showed mastery of the lesson and
efficiency in English language. Indication of the use of HOTS questions was noted in
the lesson.
9 Roberto L.Biboso March 29, 2021 Mr. Roberto L. Biboso presented Math IV lesson. He uses video clips to further
enhance the lesson and motivated the learners to pay attention with the presentations.
HOTS questions were used. Additional activities were given to further check the
learnings of the learners.
10 Mary Grace M. Ostan March 29, 2021 Lesson presented was Health VI – Describe healthy school and community
environment. Pictures used by the teacher. Teacher also insured the use of HOTS
Questions. IMs used was suited to the lesson. Teacher also integrated the lesson in
AP and the use of ICT was evident.
11 Daniel Von M. Hisuan March, 29, 2021 Subject Matter by the teacher was applying science concept in different life situation
(ALS) focusing on biotechnology such as food preservation and hydroponics. Video
presentations of food preservation was used to further enhance teaching.
12 Melissa R. Astete March 29, 2021 Performance Standard of the lesson was Apply biological science concepts in
different life situations (ALS). It is good to note that teacher started with a
springboard that awakens the learner’s readiness for the lesson. The use of HOTS
questions was evident. PE was also integrated in the lesson through a prepared
exercise as presented by the teacher in the PPT.

1 Anna Lissa T. Seloterio June 18, 2021 Ang asignaturang ipinakitang turo ay AP V ay naglalayon na ang mga mag-aaral
ay nakakapagpakita ng pagpapahalaga at pagmamalasakit sa pagpupunyagi ng
mga Pilipino sa panahon ng kolonyalismong Espanyol. Ang aralin ay
nagpapakita ng pagkakahanay sa ICT at ipinakita rin ang gamit ng HOTS
questions. Ang aralin ay may integrasyon sa Musika.
2 Aleth C. Pancho June 18, 2021 Lesson presented was Math 6 – Differentiates solid figures from plane figures.
The teacher uses varies materials in her presentation such as PPT, video
presentation and activity sheets in order to make the lesson fun and engaging.
Use of ICT was evident.
3 Leah D. Dableo June 18, 2021 Ang araling ipinakitang turo ni Bb. Leah D. Dableo ay AP 6 na may layuning:
Nakakapagbigay ng sariling pananaw tungkol sa mga pagtugon ng mga Pilipino
sa patuloy na mga suliranin, isyu at hamon ng kasarinlan sa kasalukuyan.
Integrasyon sa aralin sa Health ay makikita sa aralin. Ang HOTS questions ay
ginamit din para mapukaw ang isip at damdamin ng mga mag-aaral.
4 Luna C. Mana-ay June 18, 2021 Ang ipinakitang-turo ni Gng. Luna C. Mana-ay ay Math I na naglalaman ng
Number and Number Sense. Isinagawa ang pagtuturo sa pamamagitan ng
paggamit ng mother-tongue (Hiligaynon). Ang mga IMs na ginamit ay tugma sa
aralin at mga mag-aaral. Ibinahagi din ang ang integrasyon sa EPP sa
pamamagitan ng paglalaba sa pamamagitan ng pag hiwa-hiwalay ng nga damit
ayon sa kulay at laki nito at pagbasa.
5 Gloria A. Grabato June 18, 2021 Ang nilalaman ng aralin ni Gng. Gloria A. Grabato ay Epekto sang Matinlo nga
tubig sa Aton Ikaayong Lawas sa Unang Baitang gamit ang mother-tongue na
may integrason sa Science. Gumamit din ng mga HOTS Questions ang guro.
Ang mga ginamit na IMs ay akma sa kaantasan ng mga bata. Ipinakita din sa
aralin ang kahusayan ng guro sa paggamit ng ICT. Gumamit din siya ng iba’t
ibang etratehiya sa pagtuturo upang mas lalong maintindihan ng mhga mag-
aarala ang nasabing aralin.
6 April Rose G. Sangatanan June 18, 2021 Ang ipinakitang-turo ni Gng. AprilRose Sangatanay MTB I – Makahambal Parte
sa Lain-lain nga mga Topiko kag mga Inagihan Gamit ang mga Tinaga nga
Nagalaragway. Iba’t ibang estratihiya sa pagtuturo ang ginamit ng guro at HOTS
questions para mas lalong mas maintidihan ng mga mag-aaral ang aralin.
Ginamit ng guro ang mother tongue. Ipinakita rin sa aralin ang mga Instructional
Materials na mas lalong nagpa igting ng kaalaman ng mga mag-aaral.
7 Vivian J. Pasolot June 18, 2021 Miss Vivian J. Pasolot presented English VI lesson that focused on
Distinguishing text types according to purpose and language features Cause and
Effect Relationship. The teacher integrated her lesson with Science subject and
uses HOTS questions and established a learner-centered culture by using
strategies that respond to linguistic, cultural, socioeconomic and religious
backgrounds of the learner. Teacher showed fluency in English Language.
8 Nancy E. Alfaras March 29, 2021 Inilahad ni Gng. Nancy E. Alfaras ang aralin sa ESP VI na may layunin na
naisabuhay ng mga mag-aaral ang pagkamabuting tao na may positibong
Pananaw bilang patunay sa pag-unlad ng espiritwalidad. Gumamit din ng mga
video clips na mas lalong nagbigay ng positibong pananaw sa mga mag-aaral.
Ang HOTS questions ay makikita rin sa aralin. Ang integrasyon ng aralin ay AP
at Musika. Naipakita ng guro ang kanyang kahusayan sa pagtuturo ng aralin.
9 Roberto L.Biboso March 29, 2021 Lesson presented was Grade IV Math – Area of Paralellogram. The use of ICT
was evident. Video Presentation of the lesson was integrated to arouse attention
of the learners. Teacher showed mastery and competency in Teaching
Mathematics.
10 Mary Grace M. Ostan March 29, 2021 Ipinakita ng guro ang kanyang kasanayan sa pagtuturo sa EPP V na may paksang
Wastong Paraan ng Paglalaba. Ang integrasyon ay naka tuon sa Musika at ang
HOTS questions ay ipinakita rin ng guro sa kanyang aralin. Ibinahagi rin ang
mga pangunahing pangangailangan ng mga mag-aaral lalo na sa panahon ng
COVID- 19.
11 Daniel Von M. Hisuan March, 29, 2021 Science – Circulatory System was the topic presented by Mr. Daniel Von Hisuan.
He applied a range of teaching strategies to develop critical and creative
thinking, as well as other higher-order thinking skills to encourage the learners to
be proactive in the conduct of the lesson.
12 Melissa R. Astete March 29, 2021 Lesson presented was Communication Skills (Filipino) ALS. Teacher showed
competence in teaching the subject matter. She too used the set of achievable and
appropriate learning outcomes that are aligned with learning competencies. IMs
used were accurate and enhancing.
