All managers will got a requisition request mail from HR
2 Department with a Form “ Requisition Form “ in starting of
the month and they have to give request at the same time.

After the circulation of Manpower Requisition Mail the next step
is Recruitment.

There can be two type of recruitment like Permanant Employee &


Contract Employee 2

There are different Sources of recruitment & mode of recruitment


will be decided by HR.

Workers, Intern & Staff, .

Job Portals, Social Networking Sites, IJP’s, Gate Hiring etc. 5

First Step will start after getting Requisition Request from the

2nd Step will be to Decide JD & JS with the help of requested 2


manager.

nature.
