Preparations before casting of slab:

• In detailed Checklist was formulated to check and confirm each and every points that has to be ensured from bottom of the
scaffolding to top of shutting boards
• 3 level inspection was carried out by M/s Karan, M/s Hitachi and BALCO teams and also a joints inspection was carried out
before signing off check list by all three parties.
• Scaffolding checked and approved by BALCO’s scaffolding champion. And same has been verified by HSE. Also,Safety team
will be present during casting.
• Rescue team has been already informed and will be present during activity.
• All documents required for gate entry of 5 nos of miller vehicles checked by security. They will be entering plant without any
waiting at gate at highest priority.
• Installation of concrete pump and pipeline up to casting level has been completed. Same has been checked and verified by
M/s Hitachi.
• Fitness certificate of concrete pump shared by RMC.
• In case of any breakdown of batching plant, RMC has tied up with other batching plant to ensure uninterrupted supply of
concrete.
• Standby pump will be entered plant on 25.03.2022 morning and sufficient amount of additional diesel stock will be
maintained for continuous pump operation.
