This document discusses electrical safety guidelines for multi-storey buildings. It outlines rules for proper installation of electrical cables and panels. Cables should be run through dedicated electrical ducts with fire barriers between floors. Electrical panels should have fireproof doors. Buildings should have at least two independent rising mains with the ability to switch between them on each floor. Earthing and wiring must be properly insulated.
