CONCLUSION
Four products surveyed were of different characters; shampoo (cosmetics), mosquito
repellent (chemical), fertiliser (agro product), rat poison (chemical)
The survey was conducted among the college students
Everyday products like shampoo was advertised effectively through TV ads Social Media ads newspaper ads, google ads,
personal suggestion. These channels have been found effective to increase the brand awareness and personal likings
Mosquito repellent ads were seen mainly through TV ads, social media ads, and newspaper ads, personal suggestion, social
media ads etc
Fertilisers are not a common need but the need only of the farmers and those who are interested in gardens. The ads are more
effective through newspaper, tv, personal suggestion, social media, notices etc
Rat poison ads and information was found mainly through newspaper ads, tv ads, personal suggestion, social media ads,
notices
Ads are very crucial for the product reach and the consumers information. Everyday products like cosmetics should be
advertised daily. The rarely used products which only have occasional needs should be advertised not often so that people can
know and search for it when needed. He showrooms have a great role in consumer suggestion like the display boards etc.
