Service Offerings

• We focus on providing cost effective solutions to our clients, leading towards better project management. The
solutions are provided for various services from conception stage to commissioning stage of any construction
venture, including Highways & Expressways, Buildings, Railways & Metro Rails, Power Plants, Industrial
Facilities and Public Health Services.

• TENDER MANAGEMENT
• We manage the Tender process on behalf of the Owner by short-listing qualified contractors from our extensive database
of contractors and vendors, distributing the Tender Documents, following up on Tender queries, evaluating bids technically
and commercially and making recommendations to the Owner. We also prepare the contract to be signed between the
Owner and the successful Contractor(s).

• CLIENT REPRESENTATION
• We represent the Owner and monitor the works of the various parties (Project Manager, A/E, Consultant, Contractor)
acting as the point of contact between the Owner and the involved parties and coordinate matters that require his
approval in an efficient fashion giving him advise to make correct decisions.

Name Biography
Rohtas Malik He holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and MBA in Marketing Management. He has
over 25 years of varied and rich experience in carrying out feasibility studies, detailed
engineering design, cost control and construction supervision of major highway projects, and
traffic and transportation studies for a number of projects in India and abroad.
In his present role, he is having overall responsibility of all related departments like Highways,
Bridges, Pavement Material & Geotechnical, Quantity Surveying & Contracts Management etc .
He has attained proficiency in managing infrastructure development projects for various
sectors. In his current role he leads the Marketing & Business Development Division. He is
Member of Indian Road Congress and Institution of Engineers (India).

CA Rakesh Kumar He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.


He started his career with Deloitte. Before turning entrepreneurial, he worked for Goldman
Sachs, ICICI Bank, Wipro Technologies, Era Infra Engineering and HPCL Mittal Energy Limited in
various capacities.
A competent professional with diverse experience in Project Finance, Fund Raising, Investor
Relations and Corporate Finance. Expertise in Infrastructure and Construction Industry.
With over 14 years of experience, he is focused on expanding the service portfolio towards
Private Equity, Debt Syndication, Structured Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions.
