LEVEL II
I. CLINICAL UNIFORM
1. Prescribed white clean duty shoes
2. White nylon stockings
3. School prescribed white clinical uniform
4. Nameplates/ID (Some Hospitals like Armed Forces of the
Philippines Health Services Command require students to wear
their institutional ID)
5. Personal Protective Equipment which will be worn in case of
pandemic or outbreak of contagious/communicable disease inside
the health facility.
TRANSPORTATION
BUS SCHEDULE ARE THE FOLLOWING
6:30 AM PICK UP POINT (MAIN GATE)-AM
2:30 PM PICK UP POINT (MAIN GATE)-AM
7:00 AM GOING TO RHU IGUIG
I.SCHEDULE
a.Copy of official schedule of
ROTATION SCHEDULE PLAN from the
Registrar’s office shall be
disseminated to the students, and
clinical preceptors.
b.Students and teachers shall strictly
follow the schedule in the BIRTHING
CENTERS AND RHU IGUIG,
II. THINGS TO PREPARE BEFORE CLINICAL PRACTICUM
a. Student must have the following:

i. Facemask
ii. Face shield
iii. Personal Hygiene Kit containing 70% alcohol,
tissue, extra facemask, gloves.
iv.Contact tracing app. (Healthguard)
v. Bottled water.
vi.School Identification Card.
vii.Scrub suit
viii.Gown
ix. Duty Bag
IV. BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT
INSIDE THE HOLDING AREA
Everyone must observe the following
protocols while ON DUTY:

a. Practice social distancing at all times.

b. Mask and face shield must be worn at all times.
c. Sit only at the assigned seat throughout the class..
d. Everyone must disinfect regularly their chair.
e. Refrain from talking while inside the DELIVERY ROOM
g. Meals must be eaten inside the BIRTHING CENTER..
Reusable containers/utensils are highly encouraged.
No sharing or talking while eating. Students must
follow the scheduled break time.
h. Disinfect regularly and wipe his/her own chair
tablets every 30 minutes.
