MERCURIUS SOLUBILIS 
A/F :-
• NIGHT; SWEATING , HEATED WHEN; by bed,
Weather-changing, cloudy; damp cold., Taking cold,
Wet feet.
Characteristics Symptoms :-
Excessive vaginal discharge which is acrid , excoriating , itchy.
Burning sensation in vagina.
Discharge may be purulent , yellow or green.
• Stitching pain in uterus and stinging pain in ovary.
 Guiding Symptoms :-
Complaint aggravate from sunset to sunrise.
All discharge are very offensive.
• There is intense thirst for large quantity of cold water.
• every little injury suppurates.
 Mind Symptoms :-
slow in answering question.
Loss of will power.
Bad effect of fright , mania.
• Disgust for life.
Modalities :-
• < at night , lying on right side , warm room.
• >Rest , coitus , weeping.
BELLADONNA
A/F :-
•exposure to draught of cold air , uncovering ,
getting head wet , sun , taking sausage and wine.
Characteristics Symptoms :-
•Dryness and heat of vagina. Dragging around loins.
•.Pain in sacrum.
•Menses increased; bright red, too early, too profuse.
•Cutting pain from hip to hip.
•Menses and lochia very offensive and hot.
•Labor-pains come and go suddenly.
•Hæmorrhages, hot gushes of blood.
Guiding symptoms :-
• Mucous membranes become dry.
• BURNING HEAT, BRIGHT REDNESS and DRYNESS are very marked.
• FULLNESS; CONGESTION esp. to head.
• THROBBING; SHARP; CUTTING; SHOOTING type of pain.
• Hydrohobia.
Mind Symptoms :-
• WILDLY DELIRIOUS.
• VERY RESTLESS.
• Biting, striking, tearing mania.
• An angel when well and a devil when sick.
Modalities :-
• < from Heat of Sun, CHECKED SWEAT. Touch,
Pressure , Motion.
• > By Light covering , Rest in bed, Bending or
turning the affected part.
PULSATILLA
A/F :-
• chill, getting feet wet, eating fatty and
starchy food, abuse of mercury, quinine,
coffe, tea.
Characteristics Symptoms :-
• Menses thick, dark, clotted, changeable, intermittent.
• Chilliness, nausea, downward pressure, painful, flow intermits.
• Leucorrhœa acrid, burning, creamy.
• Pain in back; tired feeling.
• Diarrhœa during or after menses.
Guiding symptoms:-
• CHANGING; SHIFTING SYMPTOMS.
• Symptoms rise to a certain pitch, then suddenly cease.
• THIRSTLESSNESS; CHILLINESS AND SHORTNESS OF BREATH.
• DISCHARGES ARE PROFUSE; BLAND, THICK; YELLOWISH-GREEN.
• Emaciation of suffering parts.
Mind Symptoms:-
• MILD, TIMID, EMOTIONAL, AND TEARFUL.
• Craves sympathy.
• Morbid dread of the opposite sex; marriage; thinks that sexual
intercourse is a sinful act.
• Disgusted at everything. Discouraged. Easily offended.
Modalities :-
• < from WARMTH; OF AIR; OF ROOM , Clothes, Getting
feet wet, EATING; long after, RICH FOODS, fats, ices,
eggs.
• > COLD; FRESH, OPEN AIR , Uncovering, Gentle motion,
ERECT POSTURE, Continued motion, Pressure, Rubbing.
PALLADIUM
• Ailments from:-
- Bad news
- Depressing news
- oily food
• characteristic symptoms:-
- Uterine prolapse and retroversion.
- Pain and swelling in region of right ovary.
- shooting or burning pain in pelvis.
- Menstrual discharge while nursing.
• Guiding symptoms:-
- It affects the ovaries esp. the right; uterus and mind.
- Pains fleeting; transient.
- Weakness, aversion to exercise.
- Bruised soreness.

PLATINA
• Ailments from:-
- fright

- vexation
- grief
• Characteristic symptoms:-
- Parts hypersensitive. Tingling internally and externally.
- Ovaries sensitive and burn.
- Ovaritis; with burning pains;
- Menses too early, too profuse, dark-clotted, with spasms and painful.
- chilliness, and sensitiveness of parts. Vaginismus.
•Guiding symptoms:-
- Pains increase and decrease gradually.
- Bandaged feeling.
- Sticky discharges; tears, stools, menses, etc.
- Sensation of pricking.
- Violent shocks, as from pain.
- Alternate mental and physical or sexual symptoms.
• Mental symptoms:-
- Pride and over estimation of once self She imagins that she belongs to and is born in
high family and all others are of lower category.
- Sensation of dread and horrors,fears death,which seems to be very near.
- Physical symptoms disappear as mental symptoms develop.
• Modalities:-
< sitting , standing and in the evening.

SILICEA
• Ailments from:-
- Sweet.
- vaccination.
- exposure to draught air.
• Characteristic symptoms:-
- Itching of vulva and vagina.
- Discharge of blood between menstrual periods.
- Discharge of blood from vagina every time child is nursed.
- Increased menses, with paroxysms of icy coldness over whole body.
• Guiding symptoms:-
- Highly chilly patient. Wraps himself up with warm clothing even in hot summer. weather.

- Every little injury suppurates.

- The patient is very sensitive to all impressions, especially noise and becomes anxious
therefrom.
- Always there is constipation before, during and after menses.
- Desire for cold-drinks,cold food,ice-cream.
• Mental symptoms:-
- Nervous and excitable.
- thinks only of pins, fears them, searches and counts them.
- Yielding, faint-hearted, anxious.
• Modalities:-
< cold,during menses.

< washing, uncovering.

> warmth.
> wrapping of the head and in summer.
