CONCLUSION
• Today as there are growing demands in the workplace, the link between
occupational health and personal health has become increasingly important which
requires extra attention. Stress related to work or personal health can lead to
depression. Conflicts of working life balance for working women affect their
health reporting more stress, headaches, muscle spasms discord, obesity and
depression than their male counterparts. Negotiation between family-based
obligations and organizational expectations and ongoing struggle maintaining a
balance between work and family can have a profound effect on a person's health
by affecting their well-being and quality of life as a whole.

SUGGESTION
• WLB improves productivity and eliminates work stress, employers can make informed
efforts job and job requirements. Women workers should be provided with services such as
flexi time; job sharing; kindergarten facilities, as well breaks are needed to feel that the
organization is helping them to connect with the family as well professional life. The
employer needs to check employee training, communication, reward system, co-workers'
relationships and workplace. Compassionate management is needed to reduce conflict
between work and family. Up Managers should understand the importance of employment
equity. Arrange for the care of infants / children within the office of working women
