About Placement

Sarthak provides placement support to both Walk-in PwDs and Sarthak Trainees.
1. Walk-in candidates are screened through Candidate mapping to identify
suitable job role for them and accordingly are lined up for interviews. In case
skill set is lacking or not as per the job requirement the candidate is counselled
to get enrolled in 3 months training program at Sarthak.
2. Sarthak Trainees are also screened through Candidate mapping but to identify
suitable training area for them. And, after they successfully complete their 3
months training program are lined up for interviews.
Placement Process
The Process of Employment at Sarthak can be explained under three sections:

1. Type of Beneficiary – It includes whether the PwD is Walk-in or Sarthak Trainee.

2. Type of Employer – It includes whether the placement support is extended by Current/


National Employers or New/Local Employers.

National Employer/Current Employer:- – It includes those employers already engaged in


providing Equal Opportunity Workplace to PwDs at Pan
India level.
New/Local employers:- – It includes those in the process of being converted or doing placement
at local levels only.

3. Type of Employment Process – It includes whether the Employment of PwDs is conducted through regular
placement drive with an individual employer or in a Job Fair event with the
support of various employers across sectors.

For New Employment Generation(NEG), We can follow avenues for employment


opportunity to PWDs:-
1. Online Sources(Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Google, Glassdoor, Ziprecruiter,
SimplyHired, Naukri, Justdial etc.)
2. Newspaper Classifieds
3. Home Based Options (work from home)
4. Commercial Places
5. Industrial Hubs
6. Employer Reference
7. Alumni Reference
8. Direct Visit
Employment Model
1. Reaching Employer
2. Job Mapping
3. Employer Sensitization
4. Screening of Candidates
5. Line up the Candidates

7. Follow Ups/Selection
8. Requesting Offer Letter from HR
9. When students successfully joined in organization with proper
employment proof then the placement will be uploaded in the Orgzit(23-
Placement. This Placement Proof will be verified by the HO Team.
10. Continuous Touch with Employer and send thanks.

Registration Process of Employers in
Rozgar Sarathi
1. Employer need to register the
Registration Form with (Phone Number,
Organization Name ,Registered email ID
etc.)
2. Submit this form and link will generate
for activation.
3. After 5 to 10 minute, that link will
activate automatically.
4. The next step is to complete the profile
with SPOC Person Details and company
website and sector.
5. Once the employer will submit the
profile completion form. The profile will
be in review and from HO Team will
verify that employer and approve it by
selection the center name and
mobilization type.
Job Post Process
1. For the Job Post, the first step is to login the
credential.
2. When you will login, then the company profile will
open with 6 Options:-
• Job Postings
• Manage Applications
• View Applications
• Interview Room
• View Offer Letter
• Update Profile
