Guidelines
• No new user must be created in the instance without informing the Gate Keeper team. Hence it is essential
that the List of users (Generic users) to be created in the instance are planned and informed to the Gate
keeper beforehand. If there is a discrepancy reported by Audit, instance will be brought down

• As of FY18 Q1, only Oracle employees or NAA covered contractors may access the environments.  Access by
customers or partners is not allowed.

• Only test / dummy or publicly available data will be allowed in GC3 environments.  Any other type of data (ex.
copy of live customer data) will require corporate CSSAP approval.

• GC3 environments are NOT to be used as a replacement for customer billable cloud subscriptions.  In most
cases, consulting billable engagements will utilize the test and production environments in a customer cloud
subscription to perform implementation services.

• Sales demos should first attempt to utilize GSE or Oracle Solution Center environments.  Proof of Concept use
case for GC3 environments is intended to accommodate complex POCs requested by enterprise customers or
POCs specifically engineered to showcase Oracle Consulting solutions which are not easily accommodated
within standard GSE / OSC services.
