Reflection:
What specific subject concept, skills were taught?
In this lesson the specific subject that was taught is the cultural diversity, I decided to do this lesson because I want the students to work together as partners to do a
cultural project of other cultures that isn't their own. I want them to know that every culture is different, that we look different, but that every culture is important
and to embrace it and to be respectful to other about it. In this subject embracing was taught in this lesson to embrace not only yours but to learn about others.
What specific multicultural knowledge, skills were achieved?
In this lesson of the cultural project the skills that were achieved is fostering a growth mindset in having the student not only think about themselves but of others
and their backgrounds and knowing the importance of others. The last one that was achieved was helping the student build confidence in themselves, being able to
open out when reading and participating in class and learning about others culture and presenting it.

Evaluate the level of student's engagement in the teaching- learning process.

The student's engagement in the teaching learning process would be a 7/10 because the students were all able to work with other students to find the difference of
them with their partner. As well to helping reading in class and answering question such as using the popcorn reading technique to help students participate even if
they are shy. Lastly the students are working with partners to find more information about other cultures that aren’t theirs.
List the strengths and weaknesses of the multicultural activity.
Strengths about this multicultural activity is that it’s a good way to start learning on how to start making lesson plans for your students and find ways to make it fun
for them as well in finding ways for them to participate in class.
A weakness for this multicultural activity is that its really hard to make it and make sure its understandable for the students and making it work for all the students
and find activity for them to work in pairs for.
