ANSWER:
1. In this video I learned that in primary grade students the teacher always reminds the
students to listen by using the primary song TQLR because children are having a limited
concentration. To be a future educator I can apply this method to reminding the student
to listen and understand our lesson , and also I must use metacognition in everyday life
because I must remember the name of the people I met and remember the name of my
student.

Purpose- Reading is good for us because it improves your focus, memory, empathy, and
communication skills. It can reduce stress, improve your mental health, and help you
live longer. Reading also allows you to learn new things to help you succeed in your
work and relationships.

Description of your output- my output describe the importance of reading specially at

the young age. Because its supported cognitive development, improved language skills.
preparation for academic success and also Improved imagination and creativity of a
child.

Explanation-Improved imagination and creativity

Young children naturally have a capacity to dream big and use their imaginations.
Reading aloud to your child helps them use their imaginations to explore people, places,
times, and events beyond their own experiences.

3. I realized that metacognition is put simply, thinking about one's thinking. More

precisely, it refers to the processes used to plan, monitor, and assess one's
understanding and performance. Metacognition includes a critical awareness of a) one's
thinking and learning and b) oneself as a thinker and learner. Metacognition is
essentially reflection on the micro level, an awareness of our own thought processes as
we complete them. Self-evaluation is about not only making progress, but building
confidence and independent thinking. With these inspiring self-evaluation tips, students
stand to learn more about themselves.
