My name is Cariza Nicole
Leonor, I am currently 15 years
old, from San Juan Sto. Tomas
Batangas. I also loves reading
and listening to music. The
favorite color is pink, with the
fav food chocolate. In addition,
I'm a bit ambivert and my
zodiac sign is sagittarius.

Marcelino Fule Memorial College commits to provide the

technology while preserving and protecting the

 Importance of this portfolio?

The importance of it are what I have

learned throughout the school year from
1st to 3rd Grading, how I develop and my
improvement every quarter.
 What does my portfolio shows
about my progress?
Through this portfolio we can see how is my
progress on every quarter, like in the beginning,
"I'm so new at this" to the end which is "I can say
I am used to it now". I have learned so much from
all throughout the new normal; online class and it
also has a good effects in my performance tasks,
acts, quizzes, exams and especially, to my grade.
And lastly, all I have learned can be useful in my
everyday life and in the near future.

1st Grading Reflection

I learned about the deep meaning of family,

responsibilities of Parenthood, filipino values/as to
why we are so generous, motherhood that tackles
what the mother's are going through and the
growing child or how to take care of a child. Then,
about my outputs the scores are all almost perfect
and it's complete too so far I don't have missing and
failed outputs.

In the 2nd Quarter, I have learned about the

basics of culinary arts, how can I prepare
appetizers, Mis En Place, and canapé.
Meanwhile, in my outputs I have one missing
Performance Task and the rest are all complete
also, about my scores I know I passed the rest
and I promise that I won't have any missing

3rd Grading Reflection

Now in 3rd Quarter, I have learned so many

things, how to prepare salads, sandwiches and
desserts. I'm getting better at doing performance
tasks, my activities are good and the scores is
stable so I hope my grade gets to improve too for
all the efforts I done. I'm satisfied in all of my
outputs from the 1st to 3rd quarter, and I am
thankful too that I got to learned a lot.
