 ‫ماهي الخلية؟‬

‫الوحدة األساسية ال ُمحاطة بغشاء‪ ،‬والتي تحتوي على الجزيئات األساسيّة للحياة‪ ،‬وتتك ّون منها جميع الكائنات‬
‫الحية‪ ،‬وقد تك ِّون خلية واحدة كائنا ً حيا ً كامالً؛ مثل‪ :‬البكتيريا‪ ،‬والخميرة‪ ،‬أما الخاليا األخرى فتكتسب وظائف‬
‫صصة‪ ،‬لتصبح اللبنات األساسيّة للعديد من الكائنات‬ ‫متخصصة عند نضجها‪ ،‬كما تتعاون مع خاليا أخرى متخ ّ‬
‫متعددة الخاليا‪ ،‬مثل‪ :‬الحيوانات‪ ،‬والبشر وتع ّد الخلية صغيرة جداً‪ ،‬وال يُمكن رؤيتها بالعين المجرّدة؛ حيث‬
‫بأن جسم اإلنسان يتكون من (‪ )100-75‬تريليون‬ ‫يتراوح حجم الخاليا بين (‪ )100-1‬ميكرومتر‪ ،‬ويق ّدر العلماء ّ‬
‫خلية‪ ،‬وهناك المئات من األنواع المختلفة من الخاليا في جسم اإلنسان‪ ،‬وتترتب المجموعة المتشابهة في الشكل‪،‬‬
‫و الوظيفة من الخاليا لتش ّكل النسيج‪ ،‬وتترتب األنواع المختلفة من األنسجة لتش ّكل األعضاء‪ ،‬التي ّ‬
‫تتكون منها‬
‫‪.‬أجهزة الجسم ال ُمختلفة‬
 ‫أنواع الخاليا‬

‫الخاليا بدائية النواة‪ :‬وهي الخاليا التي ال تُحاط النواة فيها‬

‫فيها ملتفّا ً داخل ‪ DNA‬بغالف‪ ،‬ويكون جزئ الحمض النووي‬
‫منطقة معيّنة في السيتوبالزم يُطلق عليها اسم المنطقة النووية‬
‫ومن األمثلة على هذه الكائنات الحيّة البكتيريا‪ .‬الخاليا‬
‫حقيقيّة النواة‪ :‬وهي الخاليا التي تمتلك نواة حقيقية محاطة‬
‫بغالف‪ ،‬ومن الكائنات الحيّة التي تمتلك خاليا حقيقية‪ :‬الفطريات‪،‬‬
‫‪.‬والنباتات‪ ،‬والحيوانات‪ ،‬والطالئعيات‬
 ‫مكونات الخلية‬

‫يوجد السيتوبالزم حول داخل الخلية‪ ،‬وهو يتكون من سوائل تشبه الهالم تس ّمى السيتوسول‪ ،‬وغيرها من الهياكل‬
‫‪.‬التي تُحيط بالنواة‬

‫‪02‬‬ ‫الهيكل الخلوي‬

‫عبارة عن شبكة من األلياف الطويلة التي تش ّكل اإلطار الهيكلي للخلية‪ ،‬ولديه العديد من الوظائف المه ّمة‪ ،‬بما‬
‫في ذلك تحديد شكل الخلية‪ ،‬والمشاركة في انقسام الخاليا‪ ،‬والسماح بتحرك الخاليا‪ ،‬وتوفير نظام يو ّجه حركة‬
‫‪.‬العضيات‪ ،‬وغيرها من المواد داخل الخلية‬

‫خاصة بها‪ ،‬منفصلة عن الحمض النووي للنواة‪ ،‬كما يمكن للميتوكندريا أن تُنتج نسخا ً عن‬

‫‪.‬البطانة الخارجية للخلية‪ ،‬وهو يفصل الخلية عن بيئتها‪ ،‬ويسمح للمواد بالدخول إليها والخروج منها‬

‫العضيات التي تعالج التعليمات الوراثية للخلية لتكوين البروتينات‪ ،‬ويمكن لهذه العضيات أن تطفو بحرية‬

‫الخارجي‪ ،‬ويمنع دخول المواد السّامة من الوسط الخارجي إلى داخل الخليّة‪ .‬يش ّكل الغشاء الخلوي الغالف‬
‫أن الغشاء الخلوي يكون ُمحاطا َ بجدار خلوي في معظم الخاليا البكتيريّة‪،‬‬
‫الخارج ّي للخاليا الحيوانيّة‪ ،‬إال ّ‬
