Since the number of cases of Covid 19 is
slowly decreasing, the voters or participants
may vote face-to-face for election 2022 but
of course, participants still need to consider
the minimum health and safety protocols.
COMELEC said that they may raise a 10%
limit for physical campaign rallies if the
pandemic situation improves. Although
Covid-19 cases may gradually decrease, how
local, state, and federal governments
responded to the pandemic may influence
elections, from who engages politically, who
registers to vote, who votes, or how they
vote.

We can clearly see that the number of cases of
Covid-19 is slowly decreasing. Students,
especially Senior High Schools and Colleges,
really insisting on the face-to-face classes.
Decreasing of cases made Departments and
Agencies allow limited students to learn face-
to-face. Although not all students and schools
hasn't been officially experienced it sooner, it
gave hope for those students who really want to
experience interacting personally with their
classmates and friends again, plus the real
knowledge that will come from the mouth of a
teacher.

The gradually decreasing of COVID-19 cases in the
Philippines has an impact in societal problems like
poverty issues. The Philippines has a fairly high
poverty rate with more than 16% of the population
living below the poverty line. Filipinos are
struggling to survive in such difficult conditions. By
the gradually decreasing cases of COVID-19, it can
help in societal problems throughout the limited
face-to-face because students can better understand
the lesson if they are in school. People gain basic
skills and increased job opportunities through
education, which can help to combat poverty in the
Philippines.
