Problems of the Existing Building of the Presidency of the municipality of Erbil:
1. About the entrances: the front entrance is VIP which reduced the traffic on the main street instead another
entrance is opened in the back.
2. Going in is bad and the building entrance of the visitors is not clear and also caused lots of congestion.
3. The basement that was previously a garage is now consist of departments that have very bad ventilation.
4. The ventilation inside the building is bad all the rooms depend on conditioners and there is extension to the
outside of the building which makes it very crowded from the inside, creating partitions between the rooms.
