PROGRAM OBJECTIVE

Mentoring Support/3rd Year Students

Specially developed for third year FFE engineering scholars – an appropriate time to intiate support to help
them acquire skills that are necessary for building a foundation for a good career.

 Mentorship Program Modules
6 Soft Skills are designed to enhance the employability skills of the scholars. The Mentor needs to complete a minimum of 4 Soft Skills modules
based on the requirement of the Mentee.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM – NEXT STEPS

1. MENTEE REGISTRATION

• Mentee to register
• An automated welcome mail received by mentee to set login information

2. MENTOR/MENTEE PAIR MATCHING

• By: Gender; Languages Spoken; Branch of study

• Mail with the details of the mentor matched to be received by the mentee
• Mentor & mentee receive each other’s contact details

3. START OF MENTORING PROGRAM

• Mentee to complete introduction call with mentor (within 7days of matching)

• Session will be scheduled by the mentor, and you will receive an email
• Accept the calendar and confirm your presence to your mentor

4. SESSION FEEDBACK
• Qualitative session feedback to be provided
• Discuss and create the next session
• Complete 1 module in a month

5. PROGRAM MONITORING

• Support calls twice a month

 Mentee Application Form
• By clicking on the temporary link, Mentee will be taken
to the registration form page
• Click “Save”
 Fill the Self-Assessment

• After saving all registration

details, you will be taken to
the “Home page” of your Rate yourself from 1 to 5
portal account. Note:
• Click on “Self Assessment” • You wont be able to edit
once completed.
• This is a mandatory step to
get matched to mentor.

job. He or she has volunteered to take on the added responsibility of
mentoring. Please be appreciative of your mentor’s time; respond in
a timely manner to your mentor's questions and comments.

•How do I register?
•Registration link will be sent to you from FFE
•What is the purpose of welcome email?
•The welcome email has links which will help you to complete your Self-Assessment and
Registration Details
•How do I change my mobile number and email address?
•Login to Mentee Page and click on edit Profile to change your number or email.
•How are the sessions scheduled?
•Your mentor schedules the sessions and email communication will be sent to you.
•How do I submit a feedback ?
•Post your session, click on the track progress tab and submit feedback
 MENTEE - FAQ

•What do I do if my internet connection disconnects in the middle of the session?

•We advise mentee to be proactive and check their internet connection before the session starts. If
there is a disconnection, please request your mentor to move the session to a telephonic mode
•What is the duration of the program?
•We advise the program to be completed within Four months. There are 8 sessions to be done. If
you consistently do two sessions a month you will be able to complete within Four months.
•What is the duration of the session?
•As per module structure Sessions would last for approximately 1-1.5 Hours
•How do I resolve technical issues? or concerns I could have with my mentor?
•Send an email request to mentoring@ffe.org from your registered email
