Lesson Overview
For an owner-manager of a business, there are basic managerial
concerns that should be attended to. There are a lot of ways to
manage business so that operates effectively and efficiently This
module will introduce to fundamentals of product development
and the operational requirements of the business represented by
the 4Ms – manpower, method, machine, and materials. You will
also know the importance of crafting a business model as a
blueprint of business operations. It is imperative for an
entrepreneur, especially the starting ones, to know how to keep
the business running with the least effort.
