INTRODUCTION

A business is defined as an organization or enterprising


entity engaged in commercial, industrial, or professional
activities. The main purpose of any business is the people
they serve and in order to do so the business requires great
coordination and management and tools within the
company itself.
That is where our proposed system comes to hand, to
provide the employee with important tools to manage and
serve his tasks.

PROBLEM
STATEMENT
We found some common problems within modern day businesses and
our system is an approach to solve these three problems that we see as
important and crucial for every business.

The first would be time and task management efficiently in a way that
guarantee maximum efficiency and less time consuming.

The second problem would be dealing with incidents in a way that


provides the business insight and insight why did the incident occurred
and what was done to solve it.

The last problem would be how to manage and control the warehouse
and provide complete reports of the remaining inventory.

Limitations
This study has some limitations which we
worked on in order to reduce the effect it
has on the final product but assuring that
none of them will change the desired goals
and aims we look for to achieve:
 Not covering the executing of the process
in real life
 Limited access to data
 Time constraints

activities that helps accomplish an organization's goals,

diversity.
