1.Sometimes handling is not properly executed.

2.Before DCM QC Inspection, supplier not properly inspecting

parts by their own.
3. Repeated defects not improved in manufacturing process.

 Suggestions for Process Improvement
Supplier Process Improvement.
1. 5s to be maintained.
2. Part storage are not well defined.
3. Parts handling is very poor to be improved.
4. During In-process supplier should make sure quality of part is satisfactory & acceptable.
5. Handling should be proper between process and final stage before offering to DCM QC.
6. Final Inspection Should be Clearly Conducted By The Supplier Itself Before Offering To
DCM QC.
7. The Information of Rework of Rejected parts should be communicated to DCM QC.
8. After The Decision taken by DCM QC, the rejected parts should be segregated in
separate bins or cartons.
