a) Once the location is marked, prior to the commencement of drilling. The proper safe workplace is
ensured, and prior necessary coordination is done with MEP.
b) Drilling is commenced using for flute spiral drill bit with carbide head. This will ensure smooth
drilling and penetration into concrete areas but won’t disturb rebar.
7. Construction Program
All the work activity will be performed as per an approved baseline program.

Utilisation
- According to the current guidelines for the design of anchorages, the calculations in EasyFix4 base on the assumption
that the base plate is rigid, which means that redistribution of loads on the anchors due to elastic deformation of the base
plate is not taken into account. In the software, the recommended thickness of the base plate can be determined, however
the correctness of the installation of the rigid base plate must be checked and confirmed separately.
- The size of the holes in the base plate must not be larger than it is allowed in the table with installation parameters.
Otherwise, all gaps in the holes between the anchors and the fixed element must be filled, e.g. by filling the gaps with
resin of adequate compressive strength.
- Preparation of holes and installation of fasteners must be performed in accordance with the installation instruction,
taking into account the entered input data.
- The REDM calculation method assumes that the shear force is distributed to all anchors. For this purpose, please
complete all gaps in the holes between the anchors and the fixed element, e.g. by filling the gaps with resin of suitable
compressive strength.
- The information and data contained in EasyFix4 apply only to Rawlplug products. The results of the calculations carried
out with the use of the Software are based on data entered by the User, who is exclusively responsible for the correctness
of the input data and any errors. In addition, the User is exclusively responsible for the verification and recognition of the
calculation results by a competent person, in particular with regard to compliance with applicable standards and
regulations.

Fill in the gaps between the anchors and the fixture element, for example, using resin with adequate compressive
strength.
National regulations, environmental and application conditions must be considered when designing the anchorage.

Product information
1. Drill hole to the required diameter and depth for rebar size being used.
2. Clean the hole with brush and hand pump at least four times each. It is very important and necessary before installa
tion.
3. Insert cartridge into gun and attach nozzle.
4. Dispense to waste until even colour is obtained.
5. Insert the mixer nozzle to the bottom of the drill hole and inject resin, slowly withdrawing the nozzle as the hole is
filled to 70% of its depth.
6. Immediately insert the rebar, slowly and with slight twisting motion. Remove any excess resin around the hole befo
re it sets and leave it undisturbed until the curing time elapses.
