IVY HOSPITAL

What is Employee Satisfaction ?
• Employee satisfaction is a term that is used to describe if
employees are happy and fulfilling their desires and needs
at work. The crucial factor with employee satisfaction is
that satisfied employees must do the job and make the
contributions that the employer needs.
Objectives
To study the job satisfaction levels among the
employees of Ivy Hospital
•To know whether organisation takes employees
suggestions.
•To study about sufficient opportunities to improve
employees skills.
• To increase the overall satisfaction of an
employee
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

It consisted of the first hand source of data collected


through the questionnaires from the respondents.

A sample size of 23 respondents was chosen out
of 30 Employees .

The sampling type was a probability
sampling based on systematic random
sampling.

There are total 23 sample in which 9 are male


and 14 are female.

FINDINGS

• 89% of employees feel proud to be a part of Ivy


Hospital.
Majority of the employees are satisfied with trainers.

83% of the respondents are satisfied they enjoy their
work environment in the hospital.

SUGGESTIONS
To motivates the employees mostly suggestion
should be taken from them.

Sufficient opportunities should be given to
employees to improve their skills.

CONCLUSION
Employee satisfaction is the terminology used to
describe whether employees are happy and
comfortable and accomplishing their desires and
needs at work. Employee satisfaction can also be
based on the effect of an individual’s experience of
work, or the quality of their working life.
