Recip of Panqueques de

Dulce de Leche
argentinian dessert
INGREDIENTS

• • 250 cc of milk

• 125 g of flour

• 2 eggs

• 5g of salt

• 20 g of melted butter

• 16 tablespoons of dulce de leche


Step 1

• First mix eggs with sifted flour, salt and half of the milk until you
get a uniform dough without lumps.
Step 2

• Then add the rest of the milk and integrate well.  Finally add the
melted butter.
Step 3

• Next, let it rest in the fridge for an hour so that the flour
hydrates.
Step 4

• After that heat a frying pan (or ideal 20 cm diameter crepe maker)
with fat and add a ladle of the preparation.  When it coagulates,
turn it over.
Step 5

• Finally serve with plenty of dulce de leche.
