Social Function of arts • Art is considered to have a social function when it addresses a particular collective interest as opposed to a personal interest. •It is an art that go beyond personal intrinsic value to art’s social benefits. • The physical function of art can be found
in artworks that are crafted in order to serve some physical purpose. Examples; Architecture, jewelry-making, interior design, wood working and industrial design are all serves in physical functions.
