Activity 5 and 6: Performance Based Assessment

In designing performance task, some authors suggested to use the GRASPS model.

G – goal
R – role
A – audience
S – situation
P – product/performance
S – standard for success

Performance tasks are presented following the GRASPS model so that students will be fully
guided in the given assessment. From the types of performance tasks discussed, design four (4)
performance task using the said model.

ANSWERS:

1. My grade 1 students will Identify rhyming words while I am explaining the differentiate
of them two. Then, the students will recitation by the two word that I discuss earlier after
the discussion all students are having an assessment to know if they understand the
discussion about rhyming words until they know to identify them.

2. The grade 1 students, they will be able to identify lines, texture, patterns, and shapes. And
in the human-made environment that discussing the different Barnyard animals in the
book. Talk about how to create a house for the barnyard animals that show different
textures and has patterns and then the students will connect their hands by gluing the
palms together overlapping them forming a flower and then the students then make a
stem and leaf to finish their flower. Then, the teacher guides them how to handle with
correctly so that they will correctly identify their work.
3. Grade 2 learners will recognize numbers up to 1000, they will read and write the 1000 in
words and symbols and they will learn the money 20th peso up to Php100 by having that
the teacher will be discussing that one by one during their math class. By the assessment
they will answering the worksheet to identify the learners understands the lesson earlier.

4. Grade 2 pupils will demonstrate and awareness of the body parts by creating and using
shapes seeing in their table by doing that they will enjoying the P.E time. By doing that
they will learn the purpose of the parts of their body. The teacher will discuss and guide
them by using the shapes and explaining to them until they will demonstrate and
recognize by each part of the body
