During Normal Conditions following conditions will be there on 19-HT-202:-

Auto MAN
1) I/C-01 will be fed from 19-HT-201 and its breaker will be in ON condition.
2) I/C-03 will be fed from 19-HT-201 and its breaker will be in ON condition.
3) Bus coupler -01 will be in ON condition. Synch Switch
4) Bus coupler-02 will be in service and OFF condition.
5) EDG incomer will be in service and OFF condition.
6) Line PT 1,2 &3 should be in service and ON condition
7) TSS Switch will be in OFF position
8) A/I/M Switch will be in Auto.
9) Line PT selection switch will be on PT1&3
10) Synch switch will be in OFF position

In case of power failure following conditions will happen:-

1) Incomer-01 and Incomer-02 will be tripped on the Undervoltage protection. Auto MAN
2) Bus coupler -01 will remain in closed condition.
3) By sensing the no voltage from Bus PT 1,2 & 3 the DG will start automatically and after complete voltage buildup DG Synch Switch
incomer-02 and Bus coupler -02 breaker will get ON and the power will be fed to the Emergency boards in different
substations through the charged Bus of 19-HT-202.
4) Reset all the running motors which would have tripped on undervoltage on HT-202 and give clearance to the process
department for starting

After Resumption of power from the grid following activities to be performed to take I/C-01 and I/C-03 in Line:-
1) Line voltage should be available on LPT-01. Auto MAN
2) Put the Line Selector Switch on LPT 1&2.
3) Put the EDG sync Switch in Auto mode.

4) Put the trip selector switch on I/C-02
5) The auto sync relay will sync the line voltage with EDG Voltage and will close the I/C-01 and trip the incomer 2.

3) Put the EDG sync Switch in Auto mode.

4) Put the trip selector switch on I/C-02
5) The auto sync relay will sync the line voltage with EDG Voltage and will close the IC-01 breaker in auto mode. Then
Trip the Incomer-02 manually.
6) Take I/C-03 in line through momentary Paralleling by keeping trip selector switch on B/C-02.
7) Put the A/I/M Switch in Manual mode and close the I/03 breaker through TNC. Moreover, B/C -02 breaker will be
off through momentary Paralleling scheme.
8) DG is running offload so ask the operator to switch OFF the DG
