1. Discover the non-linear and exponential nature of the future including the Fourth Industrial
Revolution
2. Question the ‘purpose’ of business and its implications on managerial conduct
3. Discover the mindsets that are key for a manager to successfully navigate the 21 st century,
viz: Exponential, entrepreneurial, creative, growth, collaborative amongst others
4. Understand the evolution of Management, skills required for the new age post-covid Manager
5. Understand basic HR management processes and top management concerns
6. Understand the psychology of managing individual and organizational behavior. Compare,
analyze and apply what motivates employees. Understand and apply shortcuts to behavior
7. Demonstrate the authority and use of power to influence people to get the work done
8. Understand Ethical issues faced by leaders and various leadership styles.
9. Select and industry and a company from ‘Great place to work’ research and present
application and understanding of all concepts taught

They need to apply the learnings in an organizational setup to develop practical
knowledge of principles of management.
