1. Fab India Strategy
• Established: 1975
• Mission: To provide customers with hand crafted products which help support and encourage
good craftsmanship.
• Product: Fabindia is an Indian chain store retailing garments, furnishings, fabrics and ethnic
products handmade by craftspeople across rural India.
• Current Strategy: . While Fab India follows a competitive pricing strategy, it applies
product line pricing for its apparel and home-furnishing segment products

2. Mufti
• Established : 1999
• Mission: Mufti is on a mission to bring out the best in you.
• Product: Mufti introduced the world to stretch jeans for men which was an instant hit and
have now been adopted by brands across the globe.
• Current Strategy: The Facebook Lead Ads campaign targeted guys between the ages of
18 and 36 who lived in close proximity to the stores.
3. Levis
• Established: 1853
• Mission: To sustain responsible commercial success as a global marketing company of
branded apparel.
• Product: Levis deals in specially in denim blue jeans , other products Its other products
include tailored slacks, jackets, hats, shirts, skirts, and belts.
• Current Strategy: Levi's opts for mass targeting strategies in order to convince the
requirements and needs of its customers.

4. Monte Carlo

• Established: 1984
• Mission: To transform from a Mid-Size Infrastructure Company to a leading
Engineering and Infrastructure Company.
• Product: Initially company was dealing in woolen garment but later on it stared with
men's wear, kids wear, ladies wear as well.
• Current Strategy: Monte Carlo uses the same strategy to divide its products into
different categories such as Men, Women, Kids, Activewear, Home furnishing, summer
collection, Winter collection, etc.
5.Raymonds
• Established: 1925
• Mission: To assist all clients in attaining their financial and investment goals.
 Product: Raymond operates a multi-product market. Raymond has a diverse product
portfolio and includes: Denim Wear ,Designer Wear ,Fabrics include Shirting, Denim, and
Corporate Wear.
 Current Strategy: Raymond has come up with campaign tag line “THE COMPLETE
MAN” as a current strategy which express the qualities of a “complete man” who
believes in staying real and do not allow his digital life to overpower his real life.

6. Allen Solly
• Established: 1744.
• Mission: To passionately satisfy Indian consumer needs in fashion, style and value, across
wearing occasions in Apparel and Accessories through strong brands and high-quality
consumer experience.
• Product: Allen Solly is a pioneer for western wear for women in India. It is the fastest
growing brand in the industry and is the only brand with extensive men, women and kids’
presence across the country.
• Current Strategy: Allen Solly has also started its marketing strategy in India with its
famous ‘Friday Dressing’ concept worldwide. Allen Solly brand has extensively focused
on western style dressing.
7. W for WOMEN

• Established: 2001
• Mission: W’s core mission is to provide complete wardrobe solution to the modern Indian
woman.
• Products: It was primarily manufacturers & exporters of dresses for men's, women's and kid's
wear.
• Current Strategy: The brand aims to provide high-end fashion and functionality.

8.Wrangler

• Established: 1904.
• Mission: It is particularly well-known among teenagers and working professionals. Wrangler has
its presence in all major cities of India.
• Products: Its deals with of western clothing, jeans, shirts, and footwear appeals to both men and
women.
• Current Strategy: Marketing Strategy While Wrangler Jeans is presented as an all-American
brand, the objective of the company is to incorporate its products with the European market of it
present day heritage design cowboys like jean. Wrangler new brand platform are advertised to
both fashion and function products.
9. Zara
• Established: 1975
• Mission: Zara mission statement is to “give customers what they want, and get it to
them faster than anyone else.”
• Product: ZARA is a Spanish multi-national retail clothing chain. It specializes in fast
fashion, and sells clothing, accessories, shoes, beauty products and perfumes.
• Current Strategy: Zara mainly focuses on opening new stores and word of mouth. The key
promotion strategy of Zara is based on experience, exclusivity, affordability, and
differentiation. This strategy is visible through the attention to each detail of its
showrooms.

• Established: 1947
• Mission: H&M mission statement is “to drive long-lasting positive change and improve
living conditions by investing in people, communities and innovative ideas.” The
statement emphasizes on the manner in which this company offers the world its fashions
and designs. 
 Product: T-shirts & Tank tops, Cardigans & Sweaters, Jackets & Coats, Shorts,
Sportswear, Premium Selection.
 Current Strategy: H&M product strategy is about providing high-quality clothing
according to the latest fashion at the best price possible.
