Our chosen CA’s has to arrange a webinar in companies through their
references generated through various sources.
CA’s have to contact the HR of the companies and have to convince them
to arrange a webinar for their employees by Zreya Wealth.
CA’s will help employees by generating financial awareness among them,
a step towards financially literate Bharat.

How to approach HR in and around you-
• You can start with your seniors by asking them for their HR contacts.
• You can ask the help of your relatives who work for corporates.
• You can generate contacts through LinkedIn.
• You can browse contacts from various companies websites.
• You can approach any company, which is not from a financial background.

 Execution
How to execute the webinar successfully-
1. You need to contact the HR generated through your contacts
2. Then you have to convince them for the webinar.
3. After the webinar is scheduled your reporting WS will take charge of
conducting the webinar successfully.

 How will you earn?
Now let’s discuss how CA’s will able to earn out of this-
• After completion of the webinar conducted by WS, they will take a poll
of interested employees for a paid membership of Zreya Wealth.
• You will be getting INR 540 for each interested employee for a paid
membership.
• The minimum number of attendees should be 20 in the webinar.
• The Expected conversion rate is 10% out of attendees.

 Let’s understand it by example-
If 2 people out of 20 employees take our membership you will earn –
540*2 =1080
If 20 employees take membership from just 1 webinar you will be able to
earn 540*20 =10800
So you can either earn 10000 in just one contact or you can arrange no of
webinars to help yourself achieve a desirable amount.

 Your responsibility during the
Internship
• CA/ WC has to contact 40 companies per month.
• CA can divide their work to contact 10 companies per week.
• You have to maintain an excel sheet and report us back with the given
format.

 Payment Procedures-
• All CA’s will be paid after the internship with a certificate and letter of
recommendation in case of outstanding performance.
• WC will be paid at the end of every month.
