    It is envisaged that during the CAMC period IOCL would like to go for additional features in software or for
    integration of any IOCL/Third party supplied free issue items with Automation, while the communication protocol
    shall be shared with the vendor by IOCL, no additional charges would be payable on account of any kind of software
    modification for integration of any IOCL/Third party supplied free issue items during CAMC period
    This additional developmental work shall be completed by the vendor within 3 months from the date of
    communication

    24.20 During CAMC, Automation vendor shall carry out any software modification, upgradation, replacement/hardware
    upgradation, replacement required to ensure the following:
    a. Desired system performance level
    b. Mitigation from any hardware incompatibility
    c. Mitigation from any software obsolescence d. Compliance to any compulsory requirement of migration to new software
    platform or
    e. The software at functioning RO will be replaced/ upgraded with upgraded version of software, in case the same is
    required to take care of any bugs/logic/IOCL’s functional requirement or market dynamics
