enlightenment, or nirvana.

RIGHT UNDERSTANDING (Sammā ditthi)

To clear one's path from confusion,


misunderstanding, and deluded thinking. It is a
means to gain right understanding of reality.
SEE THINGS AS THEY REALLY ARE.
RIGHT SPEECH ( Sammā vācā)

Abstaining from lying, from divisive speech,


from abusive speech, and from idle chatter.
Speak the truth, speak with compassion, give
praise, speak to help and benefit others.
RIGHT THOUGHT (Sammā san̄ kappa)

It resolved on renunciation, on freedom from ill


will, on harmlessness: This is called right resolve.
Respect Yourself, Your Team and the Consumer,
LET GO OF ANGER, GREED, IGNORANCE.
