    Let’s play a game with the

    colours:

    Listen and do.

    Blue = clap
    Green = touch your nose
    Red = stand up
    Yellow = sit down
    Pink = cover your eyes
    Orange = tap your head
    Purple = turn around
    Instructions:

    Go through the colours and elicit what actions students should do for each. Then
    say some colours – you can build to using longer and faster combinations if
    suitable. Can also ask students to say colours for everyone to follow – get
    students to raise their hands and ask “who would like to say some colours?”.
