Major Causes of Delay:
Project should have been completed last April 16, 2010. Bunkering Pier Construction
 Delayed driving of steel and concrete piles, activities
after pile driving are subsequently delayed as well.
Vessel’s arrival and departure contributed delays.
Status as of Catch up plan:
July 27, 2010  Maximizing the window given to OCPI during pier
opening and closely monitoring the tidal schedule.
Technical issue:
 OCPI’s original contract expires last May 31, 2010.

ACTIVITIES:
 Completed installation of rebar’s, forms and bolts for the
new breasting dolphin.
 Hauling of aggregates prior to concrete pouring.
 Completed concrete pouring of pile cap at the new
breasting dolphin.
 Dismantling of formworks at bunkering pier.
 Rehabilitation of causeway approach.
 Installation of bolts for the new rubber fenders.
