Spot the Verbs What do you remember
about verbs?
A girl and a boy ate toast.
They dropped crumbs when they talked.
The baby lay on the settee. A verb is a doing, feeling
or being word.
A little girl tottered around the kitchen floor.
The oven door was open.
A boy chased a girl and she shrieked.
They fell in a heap and were happy.
