his architectural, sanitary and structural design • first the client must have plan(karta). • after that they check if the client has date and suspension. • then client will show the design. • the client will give the administration office the firm licence and registrations. • And the client will show his id card and other documents. •After all this the office will copy the karta (plan),id card for the service and the client pay 500 birr for the service they gave him/her. at last they will give him/her a platinum information. •the client will take about the infrastructures information about the phone lines ,water pipe on the site they give him/her a document about this information. •The client must bring a plan agreement from central office and District office • After that they will check if the client has free from debt or suspension and if the client is free from debt or suspension it makes the work simple.
