A SCENARIO OF HOW MANAGEMENT
CARRIES OUT STAFFING
In the HR (human resource) department, numerous interviews were carried out. There was an endless list of participants, but only one could be
chosen. My colleagues and I assessed the various skills of each participant Then suddenly, I was approached by a young woman looking for a job.
• Participant: “Good evening, I heard you were hiring so I came for an interview”
•Manager: “Welcome to StaffCorp, what is the optimum position you’d like to apply for?”
•Participant: “I’d like to apply for content marketing specialist”
•Manager: “What makes you measure up to the standards of a marketing specialist?”
•Participant: “In college, I studied business for four years and attained my degree, I also worked for InnovinC marketing agency. “
•Manager: “Why are you interested in this position and what qualities do you possess?”
•Participant: “I’ve noticed the close interpersonal relations in the business, and I myself possess co-operative skills, so I can add to that aspect of
the business”
•Manager: “We look forward to working with you in the future.”
•Participant: “Thank you.”
After questions were asked, she checked all the boxes. This candidate was short-listed as she met all of the requirements for the position and had
years of experience. Eventually, my colleagues came to a consensus selecting her. She was placed in the marketing department and easily blended
in. The training process was short, and, in a few months, she was fully employed in StaffCorp. After appraisal (evaluation), she was given a
remuneration. She was a great employee and perfectly suited for our business. This shows how the staffing process is correctly practiced.
