What is wellbeing?
• Well-being can be described as judging life positively
and feeling good
the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.

• Well-being is the experience of health, happiness, and


prosperity.

• It includes having good mental health, high life


satisfaction, a sense of meaning or purpose, and
the ability to manage stress.

• More generally, well-being is just feeling well

● Well-being encompasses many different elements.

● This includes positive emotions, such as happiness, joy,


contentment, excitement, wonder, and calmness. It also
includes good physical health and positive, meaningful
connections
