MY FAVORITE DISH:

Peruvian Ceviche
INGREDIENTS:

• 1 ½ de pound of fresh fish


• 1 red onion
• 1 cup juice lemon about 10-15 lemons
• 2 ajies limo o hot pepper
• 3 Sprigs of fresh corandier
• 1 sprig of celery
• Salt to taste
• Ginger
Preparation
■ Cut the fish into small cubes and place them in a glass container.
■ Cut the onion into slices and wash them with cold water.
■ Sqeeze the lemons.
■ Blend a small piece of fish, celery, chili, garlic, coriander
and ginger with the lemon juice.
■ Mix the fish with the blended ingredients, finally add the
onion.
■ Serve immediately with your choice of garnishes, corn, potato,
sweet potato.
