    Background

     10 members Management of Change (MOC) task force constituted by GM-M&O on


    January 30, 2023.

     Objective was to study MOC module and improve its workflow by adopting simple, realistic
    and efficient path.

     Several brainstorming sessions held in this regard.

     Modified Work Procedure and Workflow of MOC shared/discussed with the task force
    members.

     Inputs received from task force members incorporated.

    Note: Deadline for submission of findings April 30, 2023
