High Level Implementation Timelines

Assumptions and Dependencies
Assumptions

 The hardware devices or sensors must be IoT enabled and can transfer data to the gateway wirelessly
 Any delay in hardware installation and readiness will cause delay to overall software implementation timelines
 The requirements must be defined and frozen as per the agreed timelines
 Once the scope if frozen, then any change to scope or additions could impact the overall timelines
 The business stakeholder will be available to refine or define the business logic or any kind of business domain support.
 A lot of AI use cases requires good amount of data to train/retrain the model to build good level of accuracy and hence
can’t be expected to be highly accurate from day-1

Dependencies

 The hardware vendor must work with us to ensure the device onboarding and integration is seamless
 The business stakeholders will provide the industry benchmark data to compare against our output to measure the
performance.
 The site planning and preparation is a pre-requisite to understand the detailed workflow of the farm and could differ slightly
from farm to farm.
