This procedure applies to :


 all operations and activities, under normal and abnormal conditions,
 Potential emergencies (Fire, Explosion, Leak, Chemical Spill,…….)

 PURPOSE
 identifying, evaluating and determining the significance
environmental aspects related to Direct and indirect
(Contractors and Suppliers) Operations and activities
RESPONSIBILITY
 Department Section Heads
Section Heads for each Department shall identify environmental aspects of all
activities, products and services of EHC and its suppliers and contractors, and
evaluate the significance of the environmental aspects.
 Environmental Management Representative (EMR)
EMR shall review and maintain the register of environmental aspects and
participate to set the control mechanism for each significant environmental
aspect
 Department Managers
Department Managers shall review and approve the Register of Environmental
Aspects.

 The Register shall be updated:
 on a regular basis after the Management Review as
necessary; and
 Whenever planned or new development, or new or
modified activities, products or services are introduced by
EHC or its contractors and suppliers.
