How did your business start? What inspired you to
begin this venture?
• Started with partnership in 2010
• brother -in law
• a good friend in the church
• I remained and later resigned from my job as
a Dish Jockey to continue in the business.
• started with one laptop, one computer and
two printers.

Good Records?
• Accountability- wife take charge of overseeing and
record keeping program.
• Delegation- to some of my staff the following ; make
billing statement, cashier-record sales, expenses and
delegate with my wife.
• Availability- maintain records that - timely, efficient,
and accumulate retrieval of needed information.

• When we encounter problems in some projects, we


don’t hide the problem, we inform our costumers of
the real status of the project.
• Apply one Rules of thumb- avoid over promise
• Update the customers on the progress of the project
to satisfy them.

Set schedule
• Daily “to do list”
