Hi, my name is Dayana. I am 35 years old and my birthday is May 12, I was born in the city of Medellin, I live in
commune 13 and I am a tour guide. In my free time I like to be with my family, watch television and read books. I like
animals and nature. I don't like people who are late, I don't like when it's cold and it rains.

I am a cheerful, friendly and affectionate person with my family and friends.

I am of medium height, I have long brown hair the same as my eyes.

I love my family, I have a 5-year-old son named Samuel, a 20-year-old daughter and her name is Mariana, and my
nephew Jerònimo, who is 4 years old, they are my reason for living.

On weekends or our days off we like to get together to watch family movies or go to the park to play, ride a bike or
exercise.

  The Tourist Guidance

 The tourist guide technology program is free like all SENA

programs. In order to study tourist guide, students must
have completed eleventh grade, pass an aptitude test,
motivation, interest and minimum entry skills, basic contact
with tools computers as well as email and have a computer
and Internet.
 SENA's Tourist Guidance training program
lasts 24 months. The teaching stage lasts 18
months and the productive stage 6 months. In
the productive stage you will have the
opportunity to join a real productive project
supported by SENA to put into practice all the
knowledge acquired and project yourself into
the world of work.
 The skills to be developed are:

 lead users on a tourist tour, be it cultural, natural,

historical and places of tourist interest.

 Transmit cultural information according to narrative

techniques and patrimonial interpretation.

 Provide the information that the tourist requires.

 Verify the correct state of a device.

 You will be able to develop the activities that the tourists

will do in accordance with the contract.

 Produce texts in English both written and oral.
