Chilean Delights

Ingredients
• One hundred grams of butter 
• One hundred grams of
powdered sugar.
•  A cup of flour.
•  Grated lemon.
•  Yolk of three eggs
•  Jam.
Preparation
• Integrate all the ingredients.
•  Take the dough to the fridge for 1 hour.
• Scoop out the dough and place it on a clean,
dry counter.
•  Cut the cookies according to the shape you
prefer.
•  Bake them in the oven on high heat for about
10 minutes.
•  Once ready, put the jam in the center and
sprinkle icing sugar.
