 Problem Statement & Objectives
Problem Statement

Our client is into a real estate business and to streamline his business,
he wants a customized application in which the information about the property
that his client wishes to sell should be kept in a comprehensive manner so that
when a customer approaches him to buy a property, he is easily able to locate
the best property that matches the buyer's needs.

Objectives
• To ease managing the business data.

• To locate the right property according to the client’s need.

• To help the client best by adding modern features for efficient work.

 Introduction
• The main objective of our project is to facilitate the management of all
the data for our client's business. This project will enable the user
to manage all the property related information which his
clients wish to sell and when a buyer approaches him with their needs,
he should be able to locate the right property.
• He will be able to maintain each information about a particular
property like the size of property, type of property whether it is flat or
plot or, etc. It includes details about the price as well as a section for
any necessary calculations to be performed in the event of a client's
request for a price negotiation.
• We will provide him with an application in which he can use voice
commands and other features to make it easier for him to run his
business successfully.

INDIA.
99acres.com It is an online forum where buyers, sellers and brokers/agents
can exchange information about real estate properties quickly,
effectively and inexpensively.

Housing.com It is a Mumbai Based Real Estate Search Portal which allows

customers to search for housing based on geography, number of
rooms, and various filters.

Makaan.com Makaan.com is part of Elara technologies limited, Singapore

which also owns and operates proptiger.com, a digital real estate
marketing and transactions services provider.

• Client can Find Property According to their Requirement using Filters.
• Easily Request for Site Visit to Admin.
• At Anytime and From Anywhere they can view the Site, Map, Photos of
Location.
• Easily Advertisement of Property.
• Voice Command Feature will make usage easier.

Application :
• Using the app, the clients will be able to find available estates information
by using the client's database.
• It will enable the client to upload information about estates provided by the
seller.
• With the client's application, customers will be able to compare different
estates and their prices.
