VOCABULARY
Comprise: to consist of; to have as parts or members
Chamber: a room that is used for a particular purpose
Chunk: a large or thick piece of something
Pressure: the force that is produced when you press on or against something.
Chemically: involving changes to the structure of a substance
Clay: heavy earth that is soft and sticky when it is wet and becomes hard when it
is baked or dried
Crust: the hard part on the outside of a piece of bread, a pie (= a type of baked
food), etc.

PLOTTING POINTS IN 4 QUADRANTS

Coordinates are the numbers that give us the location of the point
in the plane. The coordinates is represented as follows:
P = point in the plane
x = abscissa (horizontal) axis
y = ordinate axis (vertical).
If we want to know the coordinates of a point in the plane, we draw
a perpendicular line from point P to the x-axis - we will call this line
the (orthogonal) projection of point P on the x-axis.
